Head - Human Resources - FMCG

Our client is fast growing FMCG company headquartered in Gurgaon.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- This role will form an integral part of the core management team responsible to drive the organizations growth plans over the next 5 years

- Will be responsible for the entire gamut of the HR function and provide strategic guidance to drive growth, excellence and human capital development

- Work with business leaders to establish an HR delivery model that will support the growth and development of the business, in line with the company's vision, values, culture and the changing face of the organization

- Set up and monitor all talent management programs (recruitment, learning & development, rewards and recognition etc.) for effective implementation

- Set up and streamlining policies, systems and procedures

- Be the driving force behind creating a strong culture in line with organizations values

- Build a strong tech organization for the future by attracting and hiring high quality tech talent

- Define and deploy a strong employee value proposition that can enable talent attraction and retention

- Contribute as a business leader, understand cost effectiveness, and be accountable for the measurement of all HR programs and processes

Experience:

- 8-12 years of experience across areas of HR

- Should have experience of leading HR or being a senior HR team member with experience in tech-enabled start-ups

- MBA/Post Graduation in Human Resources

- Experience of setting up systems and processes

- Experience in scaling up
