The role is based out of Mumbai . Your role: - Reporting to India site lead and functionally to the Regional HR director you shall be responsible for:- - Overseeing all operational aspects of HR with a robust team of HRBP's reporting into you. - Providing strategic direction to some initiatives like OD, D&amp;I for the overall group and entities under its umbrella. - Excellent stakeholder management and influencing without authority across different business functions. - Ensuring the process and procedures are in line with group's vision and mission Ideal Candidate: - Ideally you have 15-20 years of experience in FMCG/Pharma/SharedServices space leading an employee scope of at least 500+ employees. - You are hands on and have the gravitas to manage people senior than you and work as a leader taking the team together driving key initiatives.
