- The incumbent will be responsible for entire gamut of HR function in the growing FMCG / Feminine Care Product Company with a focus on Talent Acquisition as the company is growing.
- The incumbent should have sound knowledge of sub HR functions as Talent Acquisition, Talent Engagement and Development, Compensation and Benefits Administration, HR Operations and Facilities Management.
- Incumbent should be adept to create and or review existing SOPs of HR function and be strong in implementation.
- The incumbent would also be responsible to oversee the company's factory operations and Employee Relations.
- Female and immediate joiners will be preferred.
