HEAD - Human Resources  Head HR will be responsible for driving the People Agenda mainly through robust policy formulation, strong employee relations, talent acquisition and learning & development.   Role will involve, but not limited to:  Exposure to IR   - Corporate HR   Head - HR will work closely with the MD & CEO to formulate an organizational development plan to support business strategy and growth of Capital Foods.   He / she will be responsible to work with management team to create clearly defined HR policies and procedures consistent with company goals and current trends in Human Resources management.   - Talent Acquisition   He / she will be required to create strong Employee Value Proposition to attract Best-in-Class talent for Capital Foods. Incumbent will drive Hiring through various initiatives. He / she will develop a robust Talent Acquisition strategy which is aligned with all the business needs of the Group.   He / she will lead the Campus Recruitments programs by identifying and acquiring talented and qualified professionals for the Group.   - Talent Management:  Head HR will work closely with Leadership of Capital Foods to chalk out a Talent Management program and implement the same   - Compensation & Benefits   Oversee C&B at organization level. Responsible for C&B strategies, reward policies and remuneration practices in line with business needs.   - Learning & Development  Develop, implement and monitor ongoing improvement of cross-functional L&D operational processes to ensure high-level of efficiency and effectiveness.   Reporting Relationship : The position reports into CEO   Location : Mumbai
