Client Details
Our client is a start up in the Financial Services space that started operations in the year 2010. Currently, they have an overall headcount of 200 employees and have the presence across 35 locations in India. Due to their exponential growth target, they are now looking at hiring a Head HR to drive the organisation to the next level.
Description
Reporting to the CEO your roles & responsibilities will include:
- Designing & creating the HR Strategy in line with the business vision
- Working closely with the senior stakeholders to drive talent management & talent needs locally to meet the business requirement
- Implementing and standardising the employee life cycle processes and policies across all locations in India
- Creating & executing processes to manage the entire employee life cycle with the team
- Driving end to end HR within the organisation
Profile
You come with 10-15 years of experience as a Generalist HR within the BFSI space. Candidates with prior exposure of working in a Start up environment would be given preference. You come with an MBA in HR from a reputed business school. You have an entrepreneurial mindset and are driven to succeed in a start-up and extremely dynamic environment. You must have excellent communication skills coupled with stakeholder management and are looking at taking up the next challenging role in your career.
