Head - Human Resources - Financial Services/NBFC

Currently working on a Head of HR role for an NBFC/ Financial Services organization based in Gurgaon.

Job Responsibilities:

- Designing HR solutions that align with company's strategic goals and objectives

- Partner with business heads, to identify key attributes, development assignments and performance metrics to ensure growth of high potential candidates.

- Forecast manpower planning and requirement, designing organization structure, allocating manpower budget, and analyzing the overall gap for all the businesses, across geographies.

- Providing advice to functional leaders on building a healthy work environment and culture, which will attract and retain talent.

- Continuous analysis of Manpower Productivity to identify performance gaps, and designing & implementing corrective action.

- Continuously assessing the industry practices in HCM, and incorporating best-in-class industry standards.

- Designing and Conducting Annual Performance Appraisal for the organization.
