- Lead end-to-end talent management processes and practices to identify and respond to gaps in building forward-looking talent capabilities all-up
- Acquire, develop, retain and reward diverse and pivotal talent, in partnership with business leaders
- Partner with GTA on an end-to-end talent acquisition strategy to address current and future business needs
- Connect externally with networks & communities to bring in world class talent and practices
- Acting as a strategic partner to business and provide timely inputs as a people advisor
- Ensure timely closure of Employee life cycle HR processes (e.g. Recruitment, Performance Management, Talent Management, Exit Management, etc)
- Ensure manpower deployment as per the agreed plan
- Ensuring the hiring matrices are adhered to as per the norms
- Gathering market intelligence in order to recommend competitive hiring related recommendations to the respective Business Units.
