Ideally should be in a leadership role currently, leading an employee base in the range of 400-800. Should be a generalist and should have looked into all aspects of the HR function for a mid sized company of roughly 300-600 crores. Would be desirable to consider someone who has been growth in a company or doubled the employee size.
An ideal candidate will do the following & should have had experience as mentioned below:
1) Should have done an Organisation Development exercise previously
2) Acquire and manage specialised talent (engineers, design engineers - for e.g,) spread across the country.
3) Restructure the HR team to make it high functioning to support the high growth of the company - plans to double in scale and size.
4) Some understanding of the labour laws to oversee the Plant HR
5) Should have reported into the CEO and should have had a min of 10 reportees
6) Should ideally have a minimum of 5 years of experience as Head HR and should have experience in the engineering domain.
7) Highly energetic, willing to ride the wave of high growth and be a part of the leadership team for the next 10 years.
8) Strong people skills, strong in communication & able to work in a dynamic organisation.
