Head - Human Resources - Emerging Markets - Pharmaceutical

1. Looking for a Head HR for Emerging Markets in Manufacturing / Pharmaceutical Industry.

2. Someone who has managed at least one of the markets (LATAM, ASIA or AFRICA).

3. A good HRBP + HR Generalist experience with 12 - 15 Years of experience

4. Reporting - CHRO + Head of Business

5. Location: Ahmedabad

6. Work Mode - 5 Days from Office

Key Points:

1. Talent Attraction in International market has been a challenge (competition and high attrition).

2. Majority of the marketing is being managed from India. This role will build local capability.

3. Experience in Local labour law & compliance is must.

4. Someone who has worked under matrix reporting structure.

5. Digital Acumen (SAP)

6. Experience in HRMS Implementation would be added advantage.

7. Preferably from a Pharma or Allied Industry with a setup in international markets.
