Role:

- Connect between employees and the management
- Part of Senior Leadership Team
- Proven working experience as HR Manager
- People oriented and results driven
- Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
- Knowledge of HR systems and HMIS
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- Knowledge of labor law and HR best practices

Qualifications:
- Qualification in Human Resources Management (MBA or MBA equivalent)
- Minimum of 5 Years of experience in any of the previous Organization(s) at the same level or at one position junior
- Should be around 40 years of age
