Head - Human Resources - eCommerce

Hiring HR Head for our E-commerce client.

Location- Mumbai

Salary Range- Upto 36 LPA

Only Mumbai candidates,#MBA in HR with overall 15+ years exp as #HR generalist (min 7 years from E-commerce industry) and who can join at the earliest may apply.

Key Responsibility Areas:

- Effectively plan, design, develop and evaluate human resource-related initiatives that support organizational strategic goals

- Leading end to end HR functions, including talent acquisition, learning and development, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, talent management HR information systems (HRIS, payroll) and financial planning of the department

- Liaising directly with the executive board and being accountable for the performance of the HR function and the functions within it, as well as providing strategic counsel on all people matters

- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues

- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital

- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organisation

- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance

- Developing company wellbeing, health and counselling policies

- Leading the analysis of employee feedback and data, with the aim of creating a better working environment and engaged culture

- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs

- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

- Direct the development and implementation of organizational development programs, employee orientation and training programs, benefits plans, policies and guidelines, equal opportunity employment programs and employee records and documentation policies.

Organisational skills - personal efficiency, time management skills and the ability to prioritise competing demands are key

Emotional Intelligence - lead the HR team, managing diverse personalities and viewpoints. Consequently, emotional intelligence, the ability to build relationships and collaborate with others is vital

Commercial acumen - HR Head will be increasingly involved in strategic decision-making within the business as an influencer. Being able to understand company finances, resourcing and the ultimate aims of the business is important

Role modelling - As a senior member of the executive team, the HR Head is expected to demonstrate and lead on the values, initiatives and culture of the organisation

Professional expertise - A strong working knowledge of employment law issues, best practice processes for disciplinaries, redundancies and payroll is required, as well as experience of employee relations

Coaching and mentoring- Whether senior executives, junior colleagues or middle management, you will be proficient in developing skills in your talent

Trust -As a member of the executive team, you will interface with the leadership team on a regular basis. You will become a trusted confidante on talent issues, unafraid of giving your opinions and expertise

Qualification Criteria:

- Advanced degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields

- Previous experience working as a HR Head for 15+ year(s)

- Understanding and experience with Employer Branding and Recruitment Marketing strategies

- Excellent knowledge of all aspects of HR management

- Handled employee strength of 200 + Employees

- Handled Recruitment in a start-up environment

- Experience with HR tools and recruiting software

- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills

- Team player Good time-management skills

- Great interpersonal and communication skills
