Our client is a leading Ecommerce giant; One of the best & the most admired organizations in India to work with.

Position - HR Head.

Reporting - CEO

Job Location - Bangalore

Age Limit - 40-42

Industry Background - Candidates working with EComm companies. Ecomm industry background is mandatory.

Work Exp - Ideally 15 Yrs, exceptionally 12yrs is considerable

It's a leadership role to 'Head the HR Charter or an ECOMM / Online company' based Bangalore.

Please note - NO WORK FROM HOME

- Candidate must have done versatile roles in HR function, such as - Talent Management, Talent Development, Talent Acquisition, PMS and HRBP etc.

- You must have at least 2 to 3years work experience in team handling.

What we are expecting:-

1) Business movement is very fast / agile, HR Leader must know how to anticipate the Change management and HR Transformation.

2) Candidate must have experienced handling Senior management stakeholders, must be good in overall HR Budget management, HR Roadmap, Manpower Planning and HRM.

Education Background - Tier 1 / Tier 2 MBA College

- Business Partnering with high potential workforce, interfacing the smooth execution of all the HR line and staff functions for the across the teams, such as Compensation, talent acquisition, induction, performance management, and employee engagement.

- Responsible for anchoring all People Processes - Capability Development, Talent Management, Onboarding, Performance management, R&R and Employee Engagement etc

Areas to be Focused:-

- Implements high quality execution and communication among all the stakeholders to drive the entire agenda at Multiple Business Units.

- Exercises control over resources, policy formulation and planning.

- Responsible for identifying and implementing improvements in the existing processes and policies to increase the overall effectiveness.

- Coach, counsel, and enable managers at various stages of the Process and monitor progress.

- Engaging with the leadership team and managing stakeholder expectations; Proactive HR sensing and addressing employees based on Organization Principles.

- Support domain teams in alignment of organization design & Structure as per business strategy.
