Our client is a leading Indian retail organisation headquartered in Mumbai.

- Role: Head HR COE

- Reporting to: CHRO

- Team: 5-7

Candidate Profile:

- 8 - 12 years- experience

- Sector: Any consumer facing sector such as hospitality, retail

- Strong experience and understanding across all areas of HR

- Good understanding of numbers, data driven, analytical -

- Strong communication and presentation skills

- Strong people skills / stakeholder management

- Has worked in organisations with large employee base

Job Profile:

- Support the CHRO in managing overall HR for the company

- Work with HRBP and COE teams to drive business agenda
