Position based with a diversified large Business Group with interest in Financial Services,Healthcare,Real Estate,Technology etc in Delhi. Position would manage HR BP role for their Real Estate Business. Candidate from Premier Business School with 6 - 8 years of experience should apply:
Core Responsibilities:
- Complete employee life cycle management from hiring to induction to confirmation to performance management to query handling/grievance management to exit
- Managing learning and development end-to-end for employees under purview
- Managing the performance management system for the employees in respective businesses
- Implementing HR initiatives and projects for the real estate entity
- Undertaking HR governance and HR Ops activities for respective businesses - HR review, statutory compliance, audits, budgeting and cost tracking, salary processing, maintenance of organization structure, HR policies and processes, etc.
