Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Head to lead our Human Resources department. The HR Head will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs that support our business objectives and promote employee engagement, retention, and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Planning:

- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's business goals and objectives.

- Lead workforce planning, talent acquisition, and retention strategies to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce.

Talent Management:

- Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and training processes to attract and retain top talent.

- Implement performance management systems, career development programs, and succession planning initiatives.

Employee Relations:

- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting open communication, collaboration, and teamwork.

- Address and resolve employee relations issues, grievances, and conflicts in a timely and effective manner.

Compensation and Benefits:

- Develop and administer competitive and equitable compensation and benefits programs.

- Monitor market trends and benchmarking data to ensure the company's compensation and benefits packages remain competitive.

HR Compliance and Risk Management:

- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and company policies.

- Implement HR policies and procedures to mitigate risks and ensure legal compliance.

Employee Engagement and Wellbeing:

- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives, wellness programs, and activities to enhance employee satisfaction and wellbeing.

- Conduct regular employee surveys and feedback sessions to measure employee engagement and identify areas for improvement.

HR Analytics and Reporting:

- Utilize HR analytics and metrics to track and analyze key HR metrics, trends, and insights.

- Prepare and present regular HR reports and dashboards to senior management to inform decision-making and strategic planning.

Qualifications:

- Master's Degree in Human Resources, Management with specialization in HR

- Training and certification in Six Sigma or LEAN, or similar quality management experience

Relevant and total years of Experience:

- Minimum of 15 years' experience in setting and implementing HR strategic direction and solutions for the set up and ongoing running of a large operation, preferably a shared service set up.

- Minimum of 7 years in a leadership role with experience in HR business partnering at a senior level and building and delivering a strong Employer Value Proposition to drive attraction and retention in a competitive labor market.

- Minimum of 10 years experience in leading, developing and coaching teams

- Experience of working in services industry (outsourcing/shared services) will be a plus

- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.

- Demonstrated experience in strategic HR planning, talent management, employee relations, and HR analytics.

- Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
