- Expertise in developing, recommending and implementing human resources strategies and policies in support and alignment of business objectives.
- Should have experience in Mergers & Acquisition.
- People management, skill up-gradation, org. mapping, communication, metrics & measurement.
- Leading Business Continuity planning team for managing organization processes under purview. Smooth transit into virtual working & slowly getting back to office
- Optimizing employee cost and work on quantifiable targets in terms of cost, enhanced productivity, products and services for HR customers delight.
- Design and implement Business Plan centric competence development initiatives
- Development of performance driven culture in the organisation
- Implementing IT enabled HR processes.
- Design and develop all checks and balances to ensure fairness to all stake holders of the company by HR processes.
- Compensation and Benefits Administration including deployment of C&B policy
- Over all HR leadership position to responsible for end to end HR support and HR shared services
