Title : Head HR   Reporting to: CEO  Location: Chennai  Details:  A rewarding and exciting career opportunity for a seasoned Human Resources individual has arisen with the Ecommerce Company.   The incumbent shall be responsible for developing, co-ordinating and managing the implementation of human resources systems, policies and procedures, and compensation initiatives in line with the Human Resources and overall business strategy also guiding the Organization within the Legal Framework.  Responsibilities:  - Develops organization strategies by identifying and researching human resources issues; contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to organization strategic thinking and direction; establishing human resources objectives in line with organizational objectives.  - Designs and recommends reward systems and processes that attract, motivate and retain employees to the business.  - Implements human resources strategies by establishing department accountabilities, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention  - Develops human resources operations financial strategies by estimating, forecasting, and anticipating requirements, trends, and variances; aligning monetary resources; developing action plans; measuring and analysing results; initiating corrective actions; minimizing the impact of variances.  - Supports management by providing human resources advice, counsel, and decisions; analysing information and applications.  - Guides management and employee actions by researching, developing, writing, and updating policies, procedures, methods, and guidelines; communicating and enforcing organization values.  - Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.  Desired Skills and Experience:   - Full time Post graduate qualification in Human Resources from a Reputed Institute.  - 12 to 15 years- experience in a similar or related environment, with a minimum of 3 years in a Senior Management position.   - Proven generalist experience including the ability to work at both strategic and operational levels.  - Be fully conversant and up-to-date with all aspects of employment law and HR best practice.   - Possess experience in the development and implementation of employment policies and procedures.  - Possess influencing, persuading, coaching and negotiating skills   - Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills  - A good working knowledge of HR systems  This Opportunity is with a Tech Centric Organization, head quartered in Chennai and has offices in Bangalore & Mumbai.
