JOB DESCRIPTION: HEAD OF HR GLOBAL CLIENT DELIVERY - GLOBAL CLIENT DELIVERY

Location: India or PHP

Department: Global Client Delivery

Reports to: Global Head of GCD & Head of HR Operations & Technology

The primary focus of the role is:

- As part of the HR global leadership team, contribute to designing programmes and working with GCD HR, ensuring the execution of those programmes that drive talent development and maximize people engagement and talent retention

- Partnering with leaders (GCD and onshore) to define and deliver the resource plan for Global Client Delivery

- Be a change and transformation champion, supporting operational excellence and scaling the business

- Accountable for driving and oversight for the annual cycle of HR programmes for Global Client Delivery

- Shaping and driving the strategic HR agenda for GCD, aligning to one IQEQ culture, Purpose and EVP.

- This role will be the single point of contact and oversee all people aspects in Global Client Delivery, so we are looking for someone with proven experience in leading a multi-country, large scale HR organisation.

- The successful candidate will have experience/knowledge of capacity management tools to ensure we have an efficient model for robust underlying people processes - enabling operations to bring people onboard at the right time and in an effective way to meet demand.

Responsibilities :

- Drive people engagement across all levels in Global Client Delivery building on our Employee Value Proposition to employees

- Oversee and steer the optimization of IQ-EQ Global Client Delivery HR Function in all countries and hubs where GCD has a location.

- Partner with leadership on driving improvements, change and transformation on our workforce management processes in Global Client Delivery, ensuring we have correct staffing levels to meet Operations and HR requirements.

- Transform HR processes and increase management effectiveness, while ensuring great HR services within all our locations

- Actively contribute to global HR project initiatives and drive standardization and automation within the HR function in Global Client Delivery

- Building trusted relationships with key partners and stakeholders and acting as a point of contact with executive leaders, key stakeholders and global teams will be part of the role

- Provide policy guidance to leadership and apply knowledge across the disciplines of HR, such as workforce planning and analytics, talent acquisition and talent development.

- Provide and analyze reports and analytics of the overall HR performance and risks in Global Client Delivery and derive appropriate actions

- Continue to learn and develop a deep understanding of IQ-EQ business model, brand, vision, and priorities, and stay on top of with business trends

Education / professional qualifications : Degree level education in social science, HR, MBA

Skills and knowledge demonstration :

- Solid understanding of workforce management

- Proven experience in leading and managing geographically dispersed HR teams, preferably in a global service delivery environment

- Strong change and transformation experience

- Strong commercial and business acumen to assess risk and opportunities for the organization

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to influence different business areas and management levels

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to use data and analytics to solve complex business problems

- Ability to motivate and influence the work of others that do not report directly

- Sound working knowledge of employment laws, regulations, policies and procedures

- Successful at cultivating strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and creating partnerships at all levels within the organization to achieve results.
