The Head HR will be responsible for building and driving HR strategy for the organisation.
Responsibilities :
- HR Strategy work closely with the heads of our practice to identify and deploy impactful people strategies that enable growth and high performance across businesses.
- Leadership - Lead the HR Team, developing HR capability with a strong focus on results
- Stakeholder management- Consult, advise and influence senior managers on performance and reward strategies and solutions that improve and sustain business success and retention of key talent.
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of HR team
- Identify opportunities to drive HR initiatives, solutions and programs in alignment with HR and business priorities.
- Guide the design and implementation of HR projects in partnership with the global corporate services HR team, oversee processes and communications.
- Provide guidance and input on workforce planning and succession planning.
Key Skills :
- HR Business Knowledge Understanding of multiple human resources disciplines including talent acquisition and development, employee retention, employee relations, organizational effectiveness, compensation practices, brand building and diversity.
- Leadership Exceptional leadership and change management skills
Required :
- 15+ yrs of experience in a global Setup. Should have experience working for medium sized organisation
- MBA in human resources, from a reputed university
- Knowledge of Indian regulatory environment and applicable laws affecting rewards plans in related countries
