Key Responsibilities Area:
- To formulate and implement HR strategy, Employee Productivity Matrix,
- To implement effective grading to manage internal parity, and hirings.
- To manage employees as well as other stakeholders like functional head, Investors, Directors, Lenders etc.
- Design and implement R&R, employee engagement framework, events, festival celebrations, fun at work, employee welfare activities etc.
- Develop long-term strategies and key initiatives to promote and achieve a culture of excellence and employee engagement.
- Manage the challenge of a workforce of more than 200 people & share the perspective with the management team.
- Setup advanced & HR best practices
- Manage and implement employee engagement with various departments across the business.
- Lead all talent acquisition initiatives through various channels (Job Portals, LinkedIn, references)
- On-boarding of new joiners.
- Manage attrition for the overall organization through various HR interventions like Regular Employee connect, Exit Interviews, Skip level meeting, Engagement activity, taking quarterly feedback from employee & work on their issues/ complaints/ Problems.
Other Requirements :
- Handle overall HR Compliances, Like POSH Cases, Grievances & BGV Cases.
- MBA in Human Resources from premier college.
- Excellent communication skills.
- BFSI industry experience of at least 2-3 years.
