Job Title: Head of Human Resources

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Congolese Head of Human Resources to ensure that all HR operations and strategies are carried out smoothly and effectively. You will be responsible for developing HR strategies and providing sound advice to senior management on all related subjects.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop corporate plans for a variety of HR matters such as compensation, benefits, health and safety, etc.
2. Act to support the human factor in the company by devising strategies for performance evaluation, staffing, training, and development, etc.
3. Oversee all HR initiatives, systems, and tactics.
4. Supervise the work of HR personnel and provide guidance.
5. Serve as the point of contact for employment relations and communicate with labor unions.
6. Monitor adherence to internal policies and legal standards.
7. Deal with grievances and violations invoking disciplinary action when required.
8. Anticipate and resolve litigation risks.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Head of HR or other senior HR role.
2. Experience in strategic planning and implementation.
3. Able to design and implement HR strategies.
4. Full understanding of the way an organization operates to meet its objectives.
5. Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulations.
6. Thorough knowledge of human resource management principles and best practices.
7. Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
8. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
9. Diligent and firm with high ethical standards.
10. Degree in Human Resources or related field.
