Head - Human Resources - Beauty Domain

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Human Resources to lead our HR efforts in the Beauty Domain. The ideal candidate will have a passion for people and a track record of developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business objectives.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives and support the company's culture and values.

- Oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.

- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.

- Provide coaching and guidance to managers on HR-related issues, including employee relations, performance management, and talent development.

- Develop and manage HR policies, programs, and initiatives to enhance the employee experience and support employee engagement.

- Manage the HR budget and ensure HR initiatives are aligned with the company's financial goals.

- Develop and manage relationships with external HR vendors, including benefits providers, payroll providers, and HR consultants.

- Build and maintain a high-performing HR team.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's/PG degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Minimum 10 years of experience in HR management, with a focus on the beauty industry.

- Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.

- Proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business objectives.

- Experience managing and developing high-performing HR teams.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
