Head HR - B2B Startup
We are seeking a Head HR to join a dynamic team with a leading B2B Startup Company based out in Bangalore.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work directly with Founders and Key Stakeholders to identify top HR priorities and support initiatives with focus on an engaged people culture
- Understand the Business deliverables to align and integrate people with business objectives through organisation design and talent development
- Engage with the HR and Leadership team for strong, differentiated and consistent Employee Experience
- Oversee the Talent Acquisition including talent planning, onboarding, new hire orientation and reporting
- Handle grievances and concerns with empathy and bring them to closure
- Actively build a learning culture by sharing best practices and knowledge-sharing across the region.
- Drive employee engagement programs through proactive and structured interventions
- Partner with the line managers and anchor Performance Management System, including feedback and performance coaching
- Complete the HRIS implementation and strengthen KPI and OKR systems at company.
- Manage the overall administration, coordination, and execution of the day-to-day HR Operations
- Manage benefits administration and payroll, Statutory compliance and reporting
Qualifications: Education & Experience:
- MA/MBA in HR with atleast 10+ years of experience
- Experience and knowledge of best practices in HR, Indian labour law and HR administration
- Sound knowledge of MS Office
- Has managed large teams
- Can communicate within a geographically dispersed organisation and is willing to travel across the country and understand the operations first hand
- Effective interpersonal, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Can work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
- Can think strategically and deliver operationally within deadlines.
