Job Description :
1) Develop plans and policies for matters such as employee compensation, benefits, health, and safety, etc.
2) Develop and implement strategies for performance evaluation, staffing, training, and development, etc.
3) Oversee all the HR activities, initiatives, systems, and tactics.
4) Act as a point of contact for employee relations and communicate with labor unions and Ensure compliance with all internal policies and standards.
5) Strategize programs and policies to enhance employee growth and satisfaction.
6) Build an awesome culture.
7) Provided strategic counsel and guidance to the CEO & other members of the executive team.
8) Knack of building and leading high-performing HR teams.
9) MDI/XLRI/TISS folks preferred but not mandatory.
