Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the HR function across 3-4 different divisions, overseeing both blue-collar and white-collar employees, totaling approximately 1,000 team members.

- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organization's goals and foster a culture of growth and development.

- Ensure effective workforce planning and talent acquisition to support the organization's dynamic needs.

- Oversee compensation and benefits programs, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.

- Implement robust HR processes, systems, and policies to streamline operations and ensure compliance.

- Foster a positive employee relations environment, resolving any workplace issues effectively.

- Lead learning and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and capabilities.

- Drive diversity and inclusion programs that reflect the organization's commitment to equality.

- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute HR strategies that support the business's expansion and sustainability.

- Be a strong advocate for employee health and safety, ensuring a secure work environment.

Required Qualifications:

- Proven experience in HR leadership roles with a strong background in plant manufacturing.

- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage a diverse workforce.

- Demonstrated ability to oversee large-scale HR operations.

- A strategic thinker with a track record of delivering impactful HR solutions.

- Knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.

- Strong leadership capabilities with experience in leading and developing HR teams.

- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across various divisions.

- Adept at managing employee relations, resolving conflicts, and driving a positive workplace culture.

- Expertise in workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement.

- Experience in developing and implementing HR policies, processes, and systems.
