Heading the Human Resources for the firm across geographies
- Leading the development and implementation of world class human resources and organizational development system and programs to drive competencies, motivation and culture required to achieve short and long -term business goals.
- Providing leadership and manage an effective and efficient HR Operations function that delivers proactive and business focused HR advice and services.
- Responsible for redesigning and realigning the people functions of Talent Development and Talent Engagement framework linked to performance driven mindset.
- Redesigning Performance Management and Compensation and Benefits to suit hybrid culture, Industry benchmarking and a positive employee experience.
