Job Description :

- HR Strategy & Planning

- Effective execution of HR strategies

- Building world class talent pool

- Employee Engagement & Retention

- Maintaining Harmonious Industrial Relations

- Compliance to legal/statutory regulations

Ideal profile :

- Strong understanding of Best HR practices across various industries

- Good Knowledge of various HRIS Systems

- Strong knowledge on Organization Development Techniques

- Adept in HR Business Partnering

- Good understanding on compensation, recruitment, training, workforce planning etc

- Good understanding of various learning management systems

- Excellent hands on knowledge in Labour laws & factories act.

- Must have handled Unions/Wage settlements.
