- Set a strong foundation for the Think Tank to be recognized as an important thought leader in the power and new energy sector
- Develop and execute human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the Think Tank
- Provide strategic leadership by articulating HR needs and plans to the respective ministries, relevant stakeholders
- Articulate and advocate the Think Tank's values and culture within the organization and with relevant stakeholders
- Mobilize relevant stakeholders of the Think Tank to effectively implement the new HR policies and processes
- Set up and manage execution of all talent management processes from hire to retire to provide a seamless employee experience
- Ensure smooth running of office administration and manage administrative activities such as housekeeping and office management
- Effectively manage employee performance, prepare appraisal note and handle grievances
- Ensure adherence to compliance and other legal/statutory processes, co-ordinate and manage all administrative procedures and systems including PF, labour welfare etc
- Build and manage employee payroll and compensation, employee benefits, manage time and attendance
- Ensure Capacity Building for the Foundation through various means, including conducting Training Needs Analysis, providing L&D opportunities to the staff as required
