c) Reference checks & salary negotiations, issuing final offer letter to managing on boarding
d) Managing training and talent nurturing
e) driving employee engagement initiatives
f) Handling complete employee life cycle HR Operations
g) Preparing MIS Reports, employee database management, etc.
h) Managing Payroll & complete HR Compliance & vendor management
i) Responsible for General Administration activities vis office equipment maintenance,Housekeeping,material management,pantry,AMCs, Infrastructure,etc
