Our client is looking for a well rounded HR professional for their India business, who understands the complexities of business operations and processes and is an HR domain expert from a reputable institute.
- The role will be based in Mumbai but will involve travel within India and overseas atleast once every quarter.
- The role will functionally report to the Director - HR who is based in Singapore and will administratively report directly to the India Head.
- The Key Responsibilities will include : Driving all Change and OD initiatives, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefit Structuring, HR Ops, Talent Management including formulating an effective Hi-Pot Program, Recruitment Ramp-Up & Campus Relations and Compliances.
