Accountabilities
- Ensure organization design and role changes aligned with HR policies, SOPs and requirements.
- Execute change management and communication plans in connection with the business transformation program.
- Organizational Re-structuring, Re-banding & Re-designations,
- Job Analysis, Job Descriptions, Role Clarifications & identification of role based KRA’s & KPI’s,
- Compensation & Benefits structure,
- Implementing HR Policies & Guidelines,
- Unique Reward & Recognition Programmes for different businesses,
- Training Need Survey & Analysis, Training Calendar, Content Design and Deliverance, Training Feedback ,Culture Building - strengthening performance driven culture.
- Employee Engagement Plans, Employee Satisfaction Surveys & Action Plans
- Performance management, OD interventions, OD designing, Project management,
- Ensure a systemic and integrated approach to Human Resource solutions working closely with the Senior management .
