Position - Head HR

Location – Delhi/NCR

Experience – Minimum 12+ Years of experience

The Head of HR (India), India is responsible for managing the local HR team to ensure delivery of efficient and comprehensive HR service.

- This position is responsible for establishing and driving the HR partnerships with local management and within the global HR function.

- The role is key participant on the India Senior Management Team and matrix reports into Country Manager Head.

Key HR Responsibilities

1. Drive HR agenda for India and provide advice and counsel to the India Senior Management team in a growth location where multiple lines of business operate

2. Direct the local HR decisions while considering the global implication to the lines of business

3. Manage all local talent management activities including but not limited to: talent identification, employee development and performance management, succession planning

4. Manage all HR related segment/function initiatives and/or process implementations

5. Provide support to local business and HR partners with respect to internal and external market assessments

6. Ensure that all HR policies/ handbook are reviewed and updated on a continuous basis

7. Responsible supporting the employment life cycle with particular focus on interviewing, on boarding and exit interviews

8. In conjunction with the local HR Operations manager, manage the local HR budget

9. Project work and other duties may be assigned

10. Responsible for local Crisis Management

Skills Required

1. Candidate who has managed different portfolio in HR and managed different constitutes.

2. Someone who will be able to manage variety of stakeholder.

3. Candidate with exposure/experience in handling Global HR role.

4. Results and people oriented, but have sound judgment—ability to balance other business considerations. Service oriented, but assertive/persuasive.

5. Ability to establish credibility and be decisive—but be able to recognize and support the organization's preferences and priorities

6. High energy level, comfortable performing multifaceted projects in conjunction with day-to-day activities.

7. Superior interpersonal abilities. Ability to get along with diverse personalities, tactful, mature, flexible.

8. The need to provide professional HR support to a Company in a rapidly changing environment. This requires a ‘hands on’ approach combined with a strategic outlook
