- Responsible for developing, implementing, and coordinating policies, procedures and programs including manpower planning, compensation administration, recruitment, orientation, training, employee benefits, performance evaluation, employee development and employee relations

- Attendance and Leave Process

- Performance Evaluation

- Training & Development

- Employee Grievance Handling and Welfare

- Separation

- Statutory Compliance & MIS
