1. Set-up company polices and process for a fast growing, entrepreneurial company, with an evolving organisation structure and expanding business activities, while maintaining an underlying vision of core company culture and values
2. Create and manage performance management metrics for a range of team personnel
3. Handle intensive recruitment across a cross section of roles and experiences, including international recruitment (prior experience preferred), as well as employee on-boarding and orientation
4. Facilitate and map training requirements to upscale the team across the board
5. Manage day-to-day employee relations and concerns
6. Ongoing compliance with labour laws
