- Candidate should be hands on hr incumbent having strong leadership and communication skills in conceptualizing, execution and implementation process of all the hr functions single handedly and a team leader in getting the best service delivery from his /her team members also.

- Prefer profiles from Manufacturing with sales and service orientation also along with techno-commercial exposure. People connectivity and Employee relations with statutory knowledge of labor laws and legislation will be added advantage
