Department: Human Resources (HR)
Reporting to: CEO
Number of Staff Supervised - Direct: 3 to 4
Total Staff Supervised (Direct + Indirect): Approximately 1000 employees
Job Purpose:
- To ensure that HR Management (HRM) processes are carried out such that the HR department becomes a trusted service provider which is relied on and recognized for its expertise on personnel and administrative issues.
- To ensure that HR Development (HRD) activities enable the company to foster a work environment that encourages excellence by aligning the individuals- goals with the company's objectives.

- Defining Policies and Procedures
- Ensuring Regulatory and Policy Compliance
- Manpower Planning & Recruitment
Human Resource Development (HRD):
- Job Description and Evaluation
- Compensation and Benefits
- Performance Management
- Succession / Career Planning
- Talent Management
- Budgeting
- Office Administration
- Internal Communication
- Training and Development
Qualification, Experience, Knowledge & Skills:
Qualification:
- Master's in Human Resources with Science/English Background
Experience:
- 10 to 12 years experience in the HR department of a Service Sector.
- Candidates will be preferred from Industries like Education & Training/IT-BPM/Logistics & Supply Chain/Travel
Job Specific Skills:
- Exposure to various HR functions such as recruitment, training, job evaluation and grading, designing compensation and incentive structures etc.
- Enterprising and resourceful - should be able to start new programs and ensure successful execution.

- Good written communication
- Willing to Travel
