We are seeking a seasoned Head of Human Resources to lead our dynamic team in Gurgaon. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's culture, driving organizational development, and overseeing all aspects of HR functions.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's objectives, ensuring a strong focus on talent acquisition, retention, and development.

- Oversee the full spectrum of HR operations, including but not limited to compensation and benefits, performance management, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws.

- Act as a strategic partner to the leadership team, providing insights and recommendations on organizational design, talent management, and succession planning.
