Head - Human Resource - Travel & Leisure Company

Position: HR Head - Travel & Leisure Company (10-18 yrs)

Role:

- Play the role of HR Head for a Key SBU of the Travel & Leisure Company

- Work on areas like Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Compensation & Benefits for the employees and business units for the SBU which consists of around 2,000 employees

- Work closely with the business on various HR initiatives

- Will report into the overall HR Head for the Group

Requirements:

- MBA (HR) with 10-18 yrs of experience in HR

- Should have experience in working in a leadership position in HR for a company/ an SBU at a professional company, with an employee strength of at least 1000-1500 employees

- Should have strong experience in areas like Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Compensation & Benefits, HR Policies/ Systems, Payroll, etc.

- Good Communication Skills
