- The Head of India Human Resources is both a strategic and hands-on role that provides full cycle Human Resources support to various functional areas.
- This role is critical in executing People Initiatives, providing internal customer support, driving HR functional excellence and driving process improvements.
Job Description :
- Partnering with business leaders globally to drive People Strategy and organization agenda
- Understand business goals and recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in business objectives, productivity and development of HR
- Aligning work, initiatives, programs, and projects to business drivers and strategy influencing cultural evolution through talent acquisition, rewards systems, employee engagement, leadership development, talent diversity, and creating an inclusive environment
- Serve as a key member of the leadership team to assist in driving business results
- Ensure strategic clarity for managers and employees; work closely with domestic and international HR team to
- Provide coaching to business leaders and work to improve effectiveness of leadership teams
- Lead end-to-end implementation and execution of core HR programs and initiatives; provide business-specific feedback to the VP of Global HR for design and delivery improvement of programs
- Partner with and coach business leadership teams to facilitate organization and culture change; act as a catalyst for building organizational effectiveness within the business
- Educate business on HR trends that affect the business; ensure business sponsorship for HR initiatives
- Create a vision and goals for a HR team and inspire and motivate the team to achieve excellence in terms of customer support and core HR processes
Successful Applicant :
- 10+ years of relevant work experience as an HRBP working closely with business leaders in a dynamic complex setting with multiple functions
- Experience with rapidly changing, global and complex work environment
- Experience with creating People Strategy, transformation and scaling initiatives in a fast business growth environment
