We are looking for HR Generalist profile
Broad Responsibilities Handled :
Talent Acquisition :
- Manages the campus and lateral hiring and build university and consultant relations in line with the groups requirements
- Recruitment using platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, external vendors etc.
- Preparation of Offer letters and documentation - Pre joining activities Legal Compliance
- Maintenance of in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees and company, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Partnering with the legal partners as needed/required.
- Policy development and Documentation
Compensation and Benefits Administration :
- Lead annual promotion, performance and compensation programs
- Consult on compensation hikes, benefits for employees, calibration meetings
- Rewards & Recognition Program
- Design and implementation
- Compensation Benchmarking
Learning & Development :
- Identifies training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.
- Organize training programs in association with vendors for employees and leaders.
- Participates in evaluation and monitoring of success of training programs. Follows-up to ensure training objectives are met HR Operations
- Experienced in managing the employee life cycle activities
- On-Boarding, Employment and Exit process
- Payroll processing - Develops contract terms for new hires, promotions and transfers
- HR Letters : Address Proof, Employment, Tenure
Talent Management :
- Formation of various committees, company employee communication, engagement activities etc.
- Working closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Connecting with employees through 1:1s / focus groups. SPOC for all HR and Admin queries and resolution
- Medical Insurance
- Renewals and Administration
- Visa for employees
- Payroll Processing
- Review and analyse business data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve employee engagement, performance, retention and employee experience
- Partner with management to continuously improve programs such as performance management, employee relations, compensation, career development and leadership development
- Executive Coaching for Second level and senior Leadership.
