Head - HR - Software
- A leading IT software product company is looking for an experienced professional to lead the HR function and ensure all related operations are carried out effectively. The role will be based at the company's delivery centre in Noida and will report to the CEO of the company.
- As the Head of HR, the incumbent will lead all aspects of HR for the organisation will be responsible for the following:
- Develop corporate plans for a variety of HR matters such as compensation, benefits, health and safety etc.
- Act to support the human factor in the company by devising strategies for performance evaluation, staffing, training and development etc.
- Oversee all HR initiatives, systems and tactics
- Supervise the work of HR personnel and provide guidance
- Serve as the point of contact for employment relations and internal communications
- Monitor adherence to internal policies and legal standards
- Deal with grievances and violations invoking disciplinary action when required
- Anticipate and resolve litigation risks
- Report to leadership by analyzing data and using HR metrics
The HR head will be part of the leadership team of the company. To be suitable, the candidate must have :
- At least 15 years of experience in HR functions with technology companies with the last 3 years in a leadership role.
- Experience in manage all aspects of HR for Tech companies
- Successfully built and implemented HR systems and processes
- Managed HR metrics and consulted leadership on people strategy
