Please Note : Candidates who are willing to relocate can call me on 9825312023 Role: General Manager HR Shared Service Reporting to: Head HR Role Purpose: To manage HR Shared Services role impacting end to end employee life cycle - touch points, including on boarding, payroll and benefits management, retrial management, HR System management and exit management. Key Responsibilities: 1. To manage the entire employee lifecycle for 10,000+ employees. 2. To lead a team of HR Specialists to manage the entire HR Shared Service Operations (Hire to Retire) ensuring operational efficiencies &amp; timely service delivery for all employee spread across the globe. 3. The scope of role includes Talent Acquisition, On boarding, HR Administration, Employee Helpdesk, Payroll, Off-boarding, HR Data analytics and reporting, HRMS. 4. To look at continuous process improvements within HR Operations/Shared Services 5. To lead the HR Systems &amp; People Analytics Strategy and Execution. 6. To lead HR Transformation: a. Simplify, Standardize and Automate processes across b. Enable Self-Service culture and improve employee experience c. Launch various systems like Employee Interaction Centre (EIC), Online Personal Data Change forms, Mobile Apps etc. to create a digital experience for employees 7. To manage delivery of HR metrics and analytics to track progress against HR priorities. 8. To be responsible for legal compliances, pre-employment verification. 9. To lead the HR Process Re-engineering initiative aimed at optimization of HR resources &amp; adherence to HR compliance framework. 10. To automate HR processes to enable HR transformation initiatives 11. To partner with the HR verticals (C&amp;B, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management &amp; Training) to deliver seamless &amp; outstanding operational service support. Working hand-in-hand with them in design of policy/process framework to ensure future compatibility &amp; alignment with global processes &amp; systems. 12. Manage a HR Helpdesk which works as a One-Stop shop for all types of queries and provides a seamless employee experience 13. To successfully manage all external /Internal audit of HR Processes Stakeholders - Internal - - Business sponsors - Subject matter experts from within the HR functions - Business HR Heads - IT Team - Legal &amp; Compliance Team External - - Government Agencies - Consultants / vendors - Insurance Agencies Knowledge, Experience and Qualifications: - - Post Graduate with a specialization in Human Resources from an institute of repute - A minimum of 15+ years of solid L&amp;OD experience with organizations of repute for HR practices, out of which at least 3 years should have been in a lead role in a corporate - Exposure to robust HR processes - Passionate about delivering simple, reliable and customer centric HR Services to all employees Skills &amp; Ability - - HR processes, systems and compliance knowledge and experience - Ability to manage multiple competing priorities, projects and stakeholder groups; project management, strong consulting and negotiation skills - Must be bright, quick, articulate with excellent communication and presentation skills - Possess independent thought and opinion to provide candor and honesty to support and influence key decisions - Strong understanding of HR Shared Services trends and models, with experience of execution of these models including communication and change management - Ability to establish quality relationships, a strong communication link and credibility within the HR team and the businesses through the highest levels of professionalism, ethics and mutual respect - Must have a demonstrated track record of building functional credibility - Ability to prioritize and cope with competing demands. Must possess a sense of urgency and excellent execution skills - Must be a strategic thinker, with the ability to see the big picture, visualize the future and develop and execute relevant functional strategies which add value to employees.
