Need 14+ years of Experience of working in HR functions for Services/Systems Companies across various levels.   An ideal candidate should have hands-on experience into  - Employee Development  - Talent Acquisition (especially engineering)  - Managing multi-geography teams   - Training/Re-skilling Practices   - Leadership Gap Analysis   - Running an HR function for a minimum of 3000-5000 employee company  - USA HR practices  - Should have seen the growth of any company they served in their career for up to 5X  - Working knowledge of P&L/Revenue  The candidate should be ready to shift with his family to Ahmedabad.
