Job description: Manage end to end HR &amp; Admin with specific emphasis on Value added Business HR activities including Manpower planning, budgeting, Talent acquisition, Performance management, C&amp;B, Talent Management, Training &amp; development, Change Management, and Org design. He/she will also handle Employee relations, disciplinary issues, HR operations &amp; Admin from employee welfare point of view. Location: Delhi Job Specification: - Full time MBA college - Need a person who is mature in thinking; good interpersonal skills; Has good emphasis on Values and not quick fixes; Doesn- t succumb to pressure and has a - Preferable to have people who have lived across India with multi cultural exposure or Candidate from South or west from diversity angle. - Must have: HR business partnering experience; Exposure to performance management, increments, variable pay, incentives, talent management or training &amp; development; handled employee disciplinary issues, interpretation of company policy and translating into solutions; basic understanding of HR operations, exposure to using HRIS - Good to have: Talent acquisition experience - Nice to have: Stat compliance, payroll, leave, attendance &amp; Admin experience
