Head - Human Resource - Retail

Roles & Responsibilities for HR Head - Retail :

- Partner with business leaders and ensure the delivery of the human resources strategy for retail business to achieve business objectives

- Actively involved in recruitment for PAN India for stores as per the business requirements

- Responsible for rolling out of effective HR strategy, policies and procedures by supporting business needs

- Effective and focused implementation of all key people processes like PMS, L&D, TMD and R&R in a dynamic environment

- To create a customer centric culture with large volume customer facing workforce

Candidate must have :

- Experience in retail sector compulsory

- Should have handled all aspects of HR and been involved in planning and implementation of new initiatives

- Experience in handling 5000+ employees or 1000+ stores

- MBA from top B-schools preferred
