Role : Head HR

Reporting to : SVP Operations

Responsibilities:

- Work with the business leaders to establish an HR delivery model that will support the growth & development of the business.

- Advise, counsel and influence the business leadership team in executing the business plan. Be looked upon as a trusted advisor on different elements of HR.

- Provide leadership and guidance to ensure all human resource processes are performed in a consistent, accurate, compliant and timely manner

- Stakeholder management - ability to advise and manage leadership on people matters

- Strong business understanding - work closely with the leadership team on taking business decisions
