- Retail background required, with at least 50% of total experience in the QSR industry
- Create and put into action HR initiatives and strategies that are in line with the overall business plan.
- Work closely with President-Retail on the structure, department-level job descriptions, job banding, consolidation, etc.
- Acquiring the right talent at key positions
- Contribute to the P&L through effectively managing the HR-driven components of the bottom line; strong focus on optimizing the cost of labor
- Culture building, Employee engagement, Rewards & Recognition
