Head - Human Resource - Real Estate/Infrastructure

- We are looking for a Head Human Resources for one of the leading real estate builders & developers, developing Affordable Luxury residential & commercial properties.

- We are looking for a person who will be responsible for restructuring the organization and who can drive organization culture.

The Person will be responsible to drive the development and implementation of organizational strategy in areas like HR Operations, Organizational development, performance management, career development, talent management and succession planning.

Responsibilities: 

- Head of HR Operations responsibilities include designing budgets, applying company policies and managing internal HR systems.

- Design company policies and procedures.

- Review and update employment contracts and agreements.

- Prepare budgets by department.

- Track key HR metrics like cost per hire and retention rates.

- Manage internal communication projects (like job satisfaction surveys).

- Measure the effectiveness of our benefits programs and recommend improvements

- Coordinate employee training and development initiatives.

- Ensure our record keeping and data processing procedures comply with GDPR requirements.

- Good knowledge of labor legislation.

- Taking care Organization transformation in terms of talent & Business.

- Human Resource statutory compliance.

Desirable Profile: 

- Post Graduate/ MBA from reputed institute.

- 15+ Year's experience in Real Estate & Infra.
