We currently have an opportunity with a global real estate services company in Mumbai for the role of Head HR.
This role would act as a strategic partner in supporting the business growth and vision of the company in India by means of leading all aspects of HR such as Talent Acquisition, Organizational Development, Compensation, Capability Building, Leadership Development, Employee Engagement, Succession-Pipeline Management, etc. with focus on building and enabling a high-performance culture and engagement within the company.
Reporting to MD & CEO
Job responsibilities :
- Create a succession-planning model for the organization comprising of a structured rotation and skill- enhancement plan
- Define key competencies and integrate a robust career-planning framework for employees in line with company's mid-to-long-term plan
- Build and maintain a Performance Management system to ensure focus on business goals, development of employee capabilities and career potential, aligned reward systems , and retention of talent
- Develop staffing strategies and implementation plans and programs to identify and source right talent from within and outside the organization
- Provide direction to the employee training & development and leadership development initiatives across the organization aligned with business needs
- Provide guidance and oversee successful implementation of strategic projects such as automation of HR administrative processes, streamlining and management of HRIS systems, Employee Policies, talent dashboard, etc.
- Effectively oversee HR Operations implementation such as payroll and compliance, HR audits, incentive and increment roll-out, employee insurance, on-boarding, employee communication, etc.
- Provide leadership to the HR team and build organizational capability and effectiveness
