Job purpose:
- An important strategic role responsible for transformation, planning, and implementing HR functions.
- Builds elements of the Future of work thus building a very strong Employer Branding.
- Work with management on various strategies to shape the organization of today and tomorrow.
- Partner with the leadership team to shape the performance delivery of all stakeholders
- Develop and build a high-energy, digitally savvy HR Business Partnering team

Educational Qualifications: Postgraduate/ MBA in HR from premier institutes/universities
Experience: 15 years of experience in HR functions, out of which min of 2 years shall be as Team Lead
